One of the standout features of iCrosss is its ability to construct cross-sections of various polyhedra using user-defined planes. This is achieved by selecting three points on the faces of the polyhedron to establish the section plane. The application supports a wide range of polyhedra types, including regular polyhedra (Platonic solids), Pyramids, Prisms, Anti-prisms, Archimedean solids, and their duals. Users can explore these polyhedra in a 3D representation that allows for easy rotation and examination from different angles.

iCrosss features a stylish chalkboard drawing aesthetic that enhances the overall user experience. Additionally, users can take advantage of different viewing modes such as 3D mode, Épure (3 projections mode), and 3D cut mode for a more interactive cross-section experience. The application also offers menu options for printing and sharing polyhedra or their sections via email.
